How we work with you
We provide a fractional or virtual Chief Customer Officer capability which, unlike a consultant or agency, works as an integral part of your Leadership and Customer team over a six to twelve month period for 1-3 days per week, as required.
We will build your customer strategy and manage the design and deployment of the operational tools, frameworks, templates, processes and reporting required to empower your customer facing teams and enable you to scale efficiently. We'll be hands-on in the nitty-gritty for as long as necessary until your customer teams are up and running and the foundations are in place for your ongoing success.
Once you're set up and operating effectively, we can provide an ongoing coaching and mentoring service to support your customer leaders and drive your customer strategy, adapting with you as you achieve your scale ambitions.
